    225 029 leads 225 027 on a mixed freight through Nouvelaar. The second unit was notorious for being the last 225 in the area still wearing the 1980s-era beige/blue paint scheme into the first decade of the 2000s.
    2822 passes the GSM-R base station at the Gulp Tunnel with steel train 44567 (Genk-Goederen - Gremberg/D).
    5529 strikes a classic pose in a classic east-Belgian setting. That's tour baudouin atop Trois Bornes in the distance, the place where Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium come together. The train is just cresting the top of the grade from Aachen West at this point as the engineer notches back to idle.
